McWay Falls Big Sur, CA
Mcway falls is a BEAUTIFUL 80 foot waterfall that drops from granite cliffs and flows directly into an inaccessible cove on the Pacific ocean along the Central Coast of California.
It is located in Julia Pfeifer Burns State Park. The park was named after Julia Pfeiffer Burns, a cattle ranch owner, in the Big Sur area.
The waterfall is fed from underground springs on McWay Creek, and as a result it flows year round.
