Expand your Horizons
I just got through reading a small article from camping.com, called Top 10 Strange Places to Visit in the USA. I thought, that’s pretty interesting, but what do they mean by strange? To me this is not a list of strange places, but a list of interesting places.
I was fortunate enough to be able to visit Winchesters mystery house about 25 years ago and it was an interesting place. Sarah Winchester bought the house after her husband died and she was told by medium that the ghosts of the people killed by her husbands gun company “Winchester” would come for her if she ever stopped work on the house, so she kept adding on, she even built stairs that go nowhere to try to confuse the spirits. It is worth the visit if you’re ever in California’s Bay Area .
If the rest of the places are even half as interesting they are also worth seeing.
